A perfectionist who constantly pushes his limits

Matt began his career in his home country of Australia.

Spending years developing his craft as a chef at Aria Restaurant, in Sydney and then Melbourne. Matt moved to the UK in 2003 and started working for Gordon Ramsay at Claridge's as Chef de Part.

In 2009, Matt joined the 3 MICHELIN star Gordon Ramsay restaurant, and after four years he was promoted to head chef, leading the team in the kitchen.

In September 2020, he became Chef Patron of Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, overseeing the successful management of one of the most famous restaurants in the world, holding 3 MICHELIN stars since 2001.
