After many years spent in the oldest pastry shop in Paris, Jeffrey chose to forge his own path.

For him, being a pastry chef is above all about mastering an impeccable technique. Like a musician who must know his scales to play the piano, Jeffrey has spent years perfecting his fundamentals.

He speaks passionately about gesture, a word that resonates deeply within him and defines his daily life.

Until now, his emotions have remained in the background, but today, he aspires to reveal them fully through creations that resemble him: generous, sincere, open to the world and free from all constraints.

Jeffrey Cagnes: A pastry expansion in the service of creativity and sharing

In 2021, Jeffrey Cagnes opened his first establishment in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, at 24 rue des Moines. A year later, he opened a second boutique in his favorite neighborhood, rue Montorgueil, in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement.

These places embody a sincere, generous, multicultural and modern vision of pastry, fundamental values for the chef. Jeffrey Cagnes stands out as a figure of the new generation, combining respect for traditions and authentic expression of his personality, without compromise.

In 2023, he joined forces with the Cupra brand to create a new kind of boutique, located between Place de l'Opéra and Place de la Madeleine. This partnership allows him to expand his creative universe through pastries with flavors that are sometimes Latin and sometimes oriental. These creations pay homage to the culinary heritage of the Mediterranean basin, deeply rooted in its origins.

Building on his success, Jeffrey Cagnes is preparing to open new establishments in 2024, responding to the growing enthusiasm for his creations. A first boutique in the Parisian suburbs is currently being prepared, while new unique collaborations are about to see the light of day.
